It also provides travel planning services for India based clients predominantly to out bond destinations The service industry in the India, including travel agencies, has been and continues to be one of the fastest growing business sectors of the economy. The Company was formed in 1987. From then on the company has grown to handling over 55,000 passengers to all destinations around the globe, and has diversified into corporate, holidays, and incentives. By identifying key markets we have managed to grow the business and are consistently striving to improve the service to our clients.
OUR TEAM AND NETWORK
Between the offices the number of staff exceeds 100. The the
back office processing is accompanied, by ticketing, and sales via a call centre
in INDIA. This enables us to have expertise in almost all travel
fields. We are equipped with Galileo, Worldspan, Amadeus and Sabre reservation systems
in our offices. All these connect with our back office system which controls accounts,
reservations, pre flight options and therefore we are able to generate our analysis
and reports instantly. Through the back office, we are also able to distribute our
products through telesales, and online channels. Brightsun Travel also provides
24 hours emergency support services for clients and airlines alike.
We chose our markets carefully after studying the needs of our
clients and identify those carriers that fit within our market expansion plan. From
